Arbor day

This morning, I once again rolled east on highway 36 to Sulphur Springs, where I set up one of my arbors at a lovel spot where a wedding will take place this Saturday. There is a lovely barn down a long lane and I hear that the couple will break ground right where they are getting married to build a home. What a great spot. Afterwards I stopped the see Dee at Sparky's Dog house for a couple of their wonderful ham sandwiches.

I slid by Provence pond to eat my sandwiches, but did not see anything and returned to the shop, where I set up an arbor that had been lying around. It was a lovely day and I had a few customers visit. John Bundy stopped by for a beer and we worked out our plan for the Hendricks county Artisan Marketplace which will take place October 19 at the Palms in Danville.

FRIENDS - THIS WILL BE A VERY NICE EVENT IN A LOVELY VENUE. PLEASE COME OUT AND SEE JOHN BUNDY AND ME.

There is no better way, to showcase the artisans of Hendricks County and the surrounding area, than to hold an Artisan Marketplace.  The marketplace is open to the public, businesses, retailers and wholesalers!  Your visit to the Hendricks County Artisan Marketplace will enhance your knowledge of the creativity that abounds in the county through visual arts, demonstrations and music! Crafters of fine foods will also be on hand to tempt your taste buds while musicians provide entertainment throughout the day as well.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the artisans, hear their stories and watch some bring life to their creations. Artisans are invited to sell individual items or make contacts to sell items in large quantities.  Hendricks County cultural organizations will emphasize the ways businesses and patrons can support the arts and explore all that Hendricks County has to offer!
