Lapel Village Fair/ open House 2015

Next weekend, July 10-11 brings the Lapel Village Fair which also brings my annual open house. As always my buddy and leather craftsman and carver Joe Green will display his Leather and possible bags as well as his remarkable walking sticks.

My landlord will open up the upstairs of the building to sell from his enormous collection of vintage items. People seemed to really enjoy going upstairs last year in this wonderful historic building which dates back over a hundred years. He will also open up the house next to my shop to show a collection of antiques. There will be a parade on Saturday at 3:30.

As always there will be a good selection of good things to eat. The Lapel Lions club will offer the best sweet corn ever as well as wonderful chicken wings. There will also be dozens of garage sales.

I will offer many pieces of my handmade rustic willow furniture at reduced prices and the Lapel community association will be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win several of my pieces that I donate to them.

Please take this opportunity to visit my shop and enjoy the fair!
